The stress of college can take a serious toll on overall wellbeing. Juggling schoolwork, a social life, and mental and physical health can seem impossible at times. I am a college student myself, so I understand how school can cause overwhelming feelings of stress and anxiety. Luckily, there are ways to manage stress in order to keep ourselves and our lives in balance. Being a college student is not easy, but it’s important to remember that you are not alone, and there are so many ways to cope with stress.
